Refund Policy
Effective date: 1 January 2025
1. Monthly Subscriptions
All monthly subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable. If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
2. Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase and have not exceeded reasonable usage (as defined below), you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the year.
After the 30-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your annual billing period.
"Reasonable usage" is defined as fewer than 500 API calls and fewer than 1 GB of storage consumed during the period for which a refund is sought.
3. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. No charges are made during the trial period. If you choose not to subscribe at the end of the trial, your account will be deactivated and no payment is taken.
4. Module Add-ons
Individual module subscriptions follow the same refund policy as your base plan. Modules deactivated mid-cycle are not eligible for a partial refund; they remain active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Enterprise Plans
Refund terms for Enterprise plans are governed by the individual contract agreed between erps.one and the customer. Please refer to your order form or Master Services Agreement for the applicable refund terms.
6. Service Outages
If erps.one experiences a material service outage (defined as greater than 4 hours of complete unavailability within a single calendar month) that is attributable to our infrastructure, we will issue a service credit equal to the pro-rated value of the affected period. Service credits cannot be exchanged for cash and are applied to future billing cycles.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@erps.one with your account email, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We will review your request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute. We encourage you to contact us directly at billing@erps.one to resolve any billing concerns.
